Wikipedia Lucille Bogan was an American blues singer, among the first to be recorded. She also recorded under the pseudonym Bessie Jackson. The sexologist and music critic, Ernest Borneman, stated that Bogan along with Ma Rainey and Bessie Smith, was in "the big three of the blues" So quite explicit

Everything ever recorded of Lucille Bogan sits on my hard drive. She's one of my favorites. I've still got three 78's of hers. Sadly, one went south a few years back ("Pawn Shop Blues").
I'll listen to as many as i can today. These recordings certainly give you joy. Thanks for the comments - always welcome.
