Mississippi Sheiks are one of my favorites. I cover a few of their tunes. Too bad more people don't about 'em.
Mr. Anchovy thanks so much. Perfect for a Sunday morning. I really like the Mississippi Sheiks doing "He Calls that Religion..."
That line "Well the preacher used to preach to try to save souls, but now he preaching just to buy jelly-rolls" is masterful and caused me to laugh out loud.
