Led Zeppelin Announced their ‘Celebration Day’ Concert Film Details and posted the trailer on their official YouTube Channel.
So it looks like the big surprise countdown was leading up to this. I personally can't wait to get my hands on the DVD.
The British rock and roll band will release its 2007 "Celebration Day" reunion as a concert film on Oct. 13. They will also put out the film on multiple video and audio formats on Nov. 19.
Original band members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones were joined onstage by Jason Bonham, son of the late drummer John Bonham, for the tribute to Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.
"Stairway to Heaven (a fan favorite)," ''Kashmir" and "Dazed and Confused" and another 16 songs or so will be in the two-hour concert film.
The film will be shown in 1,500 theaters around the world. Tickets are available at the band's website, http://www.ledzeppelin.com/ .
